Marilyn O. Michels, 46, 1205 N. Fair, Olney, died at 9:03 p.m. Thursday, March 29, in
Richland Memorial Hospital.

Visitation and services will be in Summers Funeral Home with Rev. John Spears presiding.
Burial will be in Maple Dale Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.

Mrs. Michels was born May 25, 1937, in , Seymour, the daughter of Adrian and Alice
(Greathouse) Christy. She married Jerry M. Michels, July 24, 1976, and he survives.

She was a member of the Curtis Road Church of God in Champaign; Home Extension; and Ladies Eagles Auxiliary of Olney.

Other survivors include two sons, Gregory Hobbs, Bellefleer; Tony Mouser, Bloomington; a daughter, Vickie Diorios, Fisher; a step-son, Gregory Michels, in the US Army in Germany; three stepdaughters, Julie Miller, Calhoun; Catherine Scott, and Lori Eckl, both of Olney; two sisters, Jacklyn Harris, Philo; Carolyn O. Littlefield, Champaign; a half-sister, Toni Price, Fort Worth, Texas; a half-brother, Lowell Drollinger, Jr. Ft. Myers, Fla.; her mother, Mrs. Alice Slade, Champaign; three grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and several nieces; nephews; aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her father.
