Neeta, as most of her family and friends called her, was born in Nallen and graduated from Nuttall High School, Lookout.
Juanita was a private dental hygienist for 20 years and she worked another 20 years in the Kanawha County school system as a hygienist. She was a member of Northside Church of the Nazarene, Charleston.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Eagan; sons, Kenneth Fisher of Hurricane and Larry McClung of Nallen; parents, Wallace and Maude Rader; brother, Jack Rader; and sister, Virginia Frazier.
A tribute to her life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 20, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home, Ansted, with the Rev. Jerry Cline officiating. Burial will follow in Restlawn Memory Gardens, Victor.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until funeral time Saturday.
