Of Festus entered into eternal rest on December 14, 2014 at his home. He is survived by his companion of 28 1/2 years, Sharon Bourisaw of Festus. Jim was a machine operator for PPG till 1990 and drove for Headstart for 14 years. He served in the United States Army. Born January 9, 1935 in Bloomsdale, MO to the late Emmett and Myrtle(nee Lalumandier) Carron.
Mr. Carron was the dear father of Timothy Knapp of DeSoto, Cathy (husband, Rick) Kanschat of Tennessee, Deanna Wheeler of Pevely, Velinda (husband, Charlie) Anderson of Festus, Anita Boyer of DeSoto, Dava (husband, Wayne) Medley of Festus and Renae (husband, Charlie) Haverstick of DeSoto; dear grandfather of Kalen J. Medley and Brandon Haverstick; and dear great-grandfather of Braylee Haverstick.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandchild, Stephanie Medley.
