Springfield, S.C. - Mrs. Cecil M. (Alice Givens) Gleaton, 35, Aiken Street, died Wednesday in Johnson County, Tenn. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Springfield Baptist Church with the Rev. Hampton Perry and the Rev. L. G. Payne officiating. Burial will be in Springfield Cemetery. Mrs. Gleaton was a member of Springfield Baptist Church where she was in the Fidelis Sunday School Class, a former employee of Fanning's Dress Shop and a member of the Elder Berries. Survivors include her sister, Mrs. Maude G. Davenport, Greenville, S.C.; and one brother, Willis Givens, Indiatlantic, Fla. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
