Survived by by a daughter, Miss Hazel A. Shugart, of St. Helena, and four sons, Maybern O. Shugart, Homer E. Shugart, John W. Shugart, of Washington, and Oscar J. Shugart, of Arlington.
He was the brother of Mrs. Minnie Kohler, of Boise City, Oklahoma, James Shugart, La Junta, Colorado, Louis Shugart, St. David, Arizona, Richard Shugart, Gorman Texas, Claude Shugart, who lives in the East.
There are eleven grandchildren.
