FRITCH - Charley Bass, 75 of Fritch died Sunday, Feb. 14, 2010.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in First Southern Baptist Church, with burial to follow at 2 p.m. in Texola Cemetery, Texola, Okla. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Directors.

Mr. Bass was born Saturday, Nov. 10, 1934, in Texola. He married LeDonne Brooks on April 25, 1953, in Sayre, Okla.

Survivors include his wife; son, Todd Bass of Crosbyton; a daughter, Rhonda Trammell of Midland; three brothers, Harold Bass of Erick, Okla., Wayne Bass of Decatur and Bert Bass of Shamrock; a sister, Viola Potts of Lubbock; six grandchildren; and a stepgreat-granddaughter.

The family suggests memorials be to First United Methodist Church Building Fund in Fritch or Helping Hands.
