CONGER SR., STEPHEN W., age 73, June 8, 2004; dear husband of Jackie Conger (nee Reznick); dear father of Deborah, Victoria, Steve (Tammy) and Tom Conger; loving grandfather of Matt and Andy Conger; dear brother of Richard A. Conger; dear uncle, brother in-law, cousin and friend of many. Steve enjoyed his time spent at the lake house, fishing, feeding the many animals and above all spending time with his two grandsons who he taught to fish, play music and many other things. His favorite poem was: A Bell's not a bell till you ring it, And a Song's not a song till you sing it; And the Love in your heart isn't meant there to stay; Love isn't love till you give it away. Steve donated his body to St. Louis School of Medicine in the hope of helping others. A memorial luncheon will be held on Sat., June 12, 1:00 p.m. at Andres Banquet Facilities, 4254 Telegraph Rd., for all who wish to share their memories of Steve. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Missouri Conservation Heritage Department, PO Box 366, Jefferson City, MO 65102.
