Pearl Knobe Dies At 91, Services Set
Mrs. Pearl Knobe, 91, of 319 East Fourth Street, died at 2:15 a.m. this morning at the Jackson Park Convalescent Center. She had been in failing health for three years.
Mrs. Knobe was born January 17, 1884, in Jackson County. She was a housewife and a lifelong county resident.
She was married to Thomas T.(sic) Hill, who preceded her in death in 1921. Then she was married to Franke(sic) Knobe, who preceded her in death in 1943.
Survivors include a son, James Melvin Hill, of Indianapolis, and a brother, Frank Sons, of Sparksville.
Several brothers and sisters preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday from the Voss Chapel, with the Rev. D. G. Morris, pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church officiating. Burial in the Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Voss Mortuary.
