Ross J. Franklin, 84, of Longwood, Fla., died Sunday, Aug. 12, 1990 in Winter Park, Fla.
He was the son of Fred F. and Edna Hartman Franklin.
He moved from Burlington, Iowa to Florida in 1976.
Before retiring, he was a tool designer for the Sheaffer Pen Co. in Fort Madison, Iowa and served in the Air Force.
There are no survivors.
The graveside service for Mr. Franklin was held Tuesday at the Glen Haven Memorial Park, Winter Park, Fla.
He was the son of Fred F. and Edna Hartman Franklin.
