According to his Texas Death Certificate he died of accidental gun shot wound while stationed at Camp Wilson in San Antonio. This was the time in which the US Military was building up it's forces to be placed along the the US an Mexico border because of the raids by Pancho Villia.
His father was James Ivy Albritton(1861-1929) who I believe is the other Albritton buried in the Guthrie Cemetery. According to his Texas Death Certificate(died in Kolbs Crossing, Jefferson, Texas on 31 Jan 1929) his body was sent to Lexington(no Albritton's in Lexington Cemetery) for burial.
His mother was Nancy Mary Guthrie, whom I'm still trying to find a death record for.
