Charles Radford Bishop 72, of Hardin died Wednesday February 10,2010 at Memorial Hermann City Hospital in Houston.

Charles was born March 24, 1937 in Saratoga Texas to Ed J. Bishop and Julia J. Jordan. He had lived in Liberty and Hardin area and was a Oilfield worker for Murphy Swabbing of Saratoga.

Charles is survived by his close friend and companion Pearl Johnson of Hardin, Son; Buddy Bishop and wife Stephanie of Tarkington, Daughters; Kathy King and husband Michael of Cleveland, Margaret Maddox and husband Jerry of Hardin, Julie Lowrie and husband Robert of Hardin. Brother; E.J. Bishop and wife Shirley of Kountze, Niece; Helen Holland of Central La. And other nieces, nephews, and a host of friends who will truly miss him. Grandchildren; Ten, Great Grandchildren; Eight.

A service of remembrance will be held Monday February 15,2010 at 2:00P.M. At Faith & Family Funeral Services 40847 Hwy 105 E. Cremation to follow.

A committal service will follow at a later date at Oilfield cemetery in Saratoga.
