Lillian Stout Ossenfort ...was born on September 8, 1916, to Herman and Louise Balgeman Stolte at Edgerton, Minn. In the fall of 1916 she moved with her family to Pipestone where she attended school, graduating in 1935. Lillian was united in marriage to Eldon Stout on August 31,1940. They made their home in Pipestone where Eldon owned and operated Stout Plumbing until his death on November 15, 1970. Lillian was united in marriage to Albert Ossenfort on November 20,1971,. at Luverne, Minn. and they made their home in Pipestone. In June of 1983 it was discovered that Lillian had cancer. an August 10th she entered the Pipestone Hospital where she died on Thursday, August 11, 1983, at the age of 66 years. She was a life-long member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.Lillian is lovingly remembered by her husband, Albert; 2 sons: Jim Stout of Pipestone, Minn. and Tom Stout of Battle Creek, Mich.; 4 grandchildren: Lisa, Michelle, Daniel and Kristin Stout; 15 step-children: Mrs. Marlene Lundgren of Sheldon, Iowa, Loren Ossenfort of Sioux Falls, S.D., David Ossenfort of Grand Rapids, Mich., Donald Ossenfort of Rapid City, S.D., Lois, Mrs. Norman Nath of Hardwick, Minn., Carol, Mrs. Virgil Oltmans of Apple Valley, Minn., Larry Ossenfort of Kenneth, Minn., Alice, Mrs. Ronald Hansen of Hardwick, Minn., Linda, Mrs. Gene Molden of Albert Lea, Minn., Judy, Mrs. Michael Reis of Columbus, Georgia, Rodger Ossenfort of Luverne. Debra, Mrs. Roger Gehrke of Beaver Creek, Minn., Dennis Ossenfort of Worthington, Minn., Brenda, Mrs. Keith Staeffler of Valley Springs, S.D. and Kathy, Mrs. Keith Scholten of Valley Springs, S.D.; 33 step-grandchildren, 2 step-great-grandchildren; 2 brothers Elmer Stolte of St. Paul, Minn. and Arthur Stolte of Arroyo Grande, Calif.; 2 sisters: Clara Stolte of Pipestone and Ella, Mrs. Buford Schlottman of Rapid City and nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband and 2 brothers.
