BILLINGS - Former Havre resident Thelma Papillo-Neely, 90, who enjoyed volunteering and was active in the Havre community, died of natural causes Saturday at Eagle Cliff Manor in Billings.
Survivors include twp daughters, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husbands Frank Papillo in November 1971, Pete Dion in 1986, and Bill Neely in 2000; and a son, Ralph.
