DELORES J. HEITKAMPER ALLEN, 58, of Route 3, Brandenburg, formerly of Louisville, died Monday at Humana Hospital-Audubon. She was the former Delores J. Shrader, a retired nurse's aide for SS. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital, where she worked 25 years, and a Catholic. Survivors: her husband, Alva Allen; a daughter, Mary C. Thomas of Brandenburg; three sons, Michael G. Heitkamper of St. Petersburg, Fla., Albert C. Heitkamper of Oklahoma and Richard T. Heitkamper of Fairdale; a sister, Doris Nelson; and five grandchildren. Funeral: noon Thursday, Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and after 10 a.m. Thursday.
