W. E. BARTH, HEAD OF INSURANCE COMPANY, DIES - William E. Barth, president of the Washington Mutual Fire Insurance Company, died at 6:50 p.m. yesterday at his home, 1277 Everett Avenue. He formerly was associated with G. F. Barth & Sons, a furniture company founded in Louisville by his father. Barth was a member of Highland Presbyterian Church, Kosair Temple, Preston Lodge 281, F. and A. M., and Eureka Chapter of the Louisville DeMolay Commandery. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Amelia Herrensmith Barth; two sons, Herbert E. Barth, Detroit, and William E. Barth, Jr.; three daughters, Mrs. Douglas Ritzman, Miss Anna Amelia Barth and Miss Louise Barth; and one brother, Louis F. Barth. Funeral services will be in John Maas Chapel at 3 p.m. tomorrow and burial will be in Cave Hill Cemetery.

Remains at the funeral home of John Maas and Brother on Broadway at Floyd. Funeral from the Chapel Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Interment in Cave Hill Cemetery, Louisville, Ky.
