JOYCE D. BANNING went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, February 6, 2010. Her bright smile, wise counsel, and steadfast faith will be remembered by the thousands of people she touched while serving in Christian ministry. Joyce is survived by her husband, the Rev. Earl J. Banning, son the Rev. Steve Banning, daughters Susan Webster and Lori Moon and their spouses. She is also survived by her sister Bonnie, brother Stan, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at Braeswood Assembly of God Church, 10611 Fondren, Houston, TX. Service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, February 12, 2010 at Braeswood Assembly of God followed by a private Interment at Houston National Cemetery.
