A. Jean Rosengarten 74, Indianapolis, Indiana went to heaven Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 6:25 p.m. Jean was born July 18, 1935 to the late Gilbert and Clarene Goebel in Indianapolis.

Jean retired from M.D. Logistics as administrative manager. Not only was she a loving mother and grandmother, she was scout leader, coach, umpire, and mentor for her children and their peers. She took great joy in creating specialty cakes for family and friends for all occasions for many, many years.

Survivors include her four children, Gail Byassee, Jill (Ted) Comer, Jan (Carey) Rosengarten-Butcher, Jay (Mitzy) Rosengarten, and their father William J. Rosengarten; 10 grandchildren: Josh (Stephanie) Vondersaar and their children, Coleton and Josie; Abbi (Ricky) Holcomb and their children, Mikayla, Madalyn, and MaKinley; Brent Gauspohl, Adam Rosengarten, Amanda Vodersaar, Cameron Cobian, Cami Bristow, Stevie Cobian, Isaac Butcher, and C.J. Rosengarten.
