Paul was born September 10, 1915 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He left this life of ninety-four years to join his sweet companion of sixty-four years on February, 6, 2010.

He was a devoted husband, and a concerned and caring father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather. He felt he was meant to live his life as the provider, and was always there for his family, extended families, and friends to share his generosity and love, along with his dry, but very comical sense of humor.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Elizabeth Turbow; son, Gerald Ray (Jerry); son-in-law, Ray Norris; parents, Albert William Sr. and Anna Wilhelmine Peterson Bean; two brothers and four sisters, Percival (Jerry), Ellen Palmer Casey, Dorothy May, Ola Virginia, Albert William Jr., and Norma Jeanette. He is survived by his four children, Kathey (Ray) Norris, Terry (Dianne) Bean, Sandy (Robert) Powell, Vicki (Dale) Green; twelve grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dale and Beverly Turnbow; nephews; nieces; and cousins.

When Paul was a very young man, he worked for the Meadow Gold Dairy driving a delivery wagon. He said that it wasn't really work for him because the horse always knew exactly where to go. He began his career in the automobile business while still in high school working first at Baker Motor Co. and then for the next 55 years at the Bennett Ford, Carleson Cadillac and Pontiac, Petty Ford, Colonial Ford, and Henry S. Day Ford. He worked as a mechanic, service rep., salesman, and held various positions as manager, as well as general manager, all the while receiving awards and special recognition for his great work in the business as his clientele grew.

During World War II, Paul was contracted by the Government as a mechanic to train at the Denver Arms Plant to learn how to set up the operation for the Salt Lake Arms Plant. He also had the opportunity to work at the Hanford site of the U.S. Department of Energy in the State of Washington.

Paul enjoyed life as pilot, midget car racer, motorcyclist and a horseman being a member of the Palomino Sheriff Posse for many years. He loved to golf, was an avid Jazz fan, and he loved boating. He built one of his crafts himself. His favorite thing to do was to travel with his wife and dear friends. They had many wonderful trips together. If he had not lost his sight, he would have remained strong and independent to his earthly end. We love you Dad, and we know you are finally at peace, and are now looking into your sweetheart's beautiful face and seeing her smile.
