HALIFAX Dorothy J. Sheesley, 87, of 3300 Peters Mountain Road died Monday in the Church of God Home, Carlisle.
She was a member of Matamoras Community Church, a former member of its council, and a member of Halifax Senior Citizens Center.
Surviving are her husband, Ralph M. Sheesley; a son, Lynn D., and a daughter, Annice C. Sweigard, both of Halifax; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in her church. Burial will be in Enterline Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow in Reinhard Funeral Home, Millersburg, and 10 to 11 a.m. Friday in the church.
