He was born Aug. 10, 1947, in the Philippines. He was a registered nurse for more than 30 years serving both civilian and military units including serving in Desert Storm.
He is survived by his children, Jonathan Acojedo, Matthew Acojedo and Jennifer Acojedo.
Visitation: From 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9 and Wednesday, Feb. 10, at Struve & Laporte Chapel, 41 West San Luis Street, Salinas.
Rosary: 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, at Struve & Laporte Chapel.
Funeral Mass: 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, at Sacred Heart Church, 22 Stone St., Salinas.
Burial: Will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 18200 Damian Way, Salinas.
