Married Eve Morgan March 31, 1860, Scranton, Pa. (daughter of Daniel Morgan and Mary Todd of Scranton), who was born June 15, 1842. Their children: William H., d. aged 15; Mary E., d. aged 2; Daniel Morgan, m. Rachel Brooks; Simon R., m. Louie Capson; Alonzo, d. aged 23; Joseph, d. infant.


Married Mary Pierce November, 1873, at Salt Lake City (daughter of Thomas Pierce and Margaret Thomas of Ystrad, Glamorganshire, Wales, latter a pioneer 1862). She was born May 31, 1851. Their children: Mary Isabelle, m. George Gowan; Eve, m. Charles McKeague; Margaret d. aged 4; Sarah Ann, m. William Smith; William Thomas, m. Laura Crabtree; Alfred Edmund, m. Margaret Averett; Emma d. aged 7; Hyrum; Catherine Priscilla d. aged 1 year. Family resided Salt Lake City, Utah.
