Sarah Alice Lam, 86, of West Union passed away Sunday, February 4, 2007 at the Eagle Creek Nursing Center. Mrs. Lam was born on February 17, 1920, the daughter of the late Orville Edgar and Bessie Jane (Shelton) Bolender in Adams County.

She is survived by one son, Robert Lam and wife Teri, of Cincinnati; three sisters: Emma Ruth Dryden of Aberdeen, Clara E. Tomlin of West Union, Eunice P. Kirk-Cooper of Zepher Hills, Florida; one granddaughter and one great granddaughter.

Funeral Services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 7 at the Beam Funeral Home in West Union. Curtis Bauske will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hickory Ridge Cemetery.
