Pauline Bryant passed away Thursday, January 22, 2008, following a lengthy illness. She was the daughter of Robert Pleasant and Stella Cook Hurst, and a native of Monticello, Kentucky.
Piney graduated from Monticello High School and moved to Louisville. She was employed by AT & T in Louisville for many years until her retirement and was a longtime member of Hikes Point Christian Church.
Piney was preceded in death by her husband Guy Bryant, both her parents, brothers Bob Hurst, Joe Hurst and Ralph Hurst, and sister Lucy Hurst. She leaves behind her sister, Betsy Paschal of Louisville, nieces Beth Bates, Lynn Clifton, Becky Baladad, Kim Cocchiara, Susan Brocato and Betty Phillips, and nephews Rob Hurst, Jim Hurst and Joe Hurst, as well as many great nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held in Monticello on January 24, 2008 at 3pm.
She was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.
