The sad news of the death of J. T. Fields of Ardmore, South Dakota was received here Saturday morning. Mr. Fields and family were former residents of Northboro and leave a host of friends who extend sympathy to bereaved ones. The body was brought to Northboro Monday. The funeral serives were held Monday afternoon at the M.E. church in Northboro, conducted by the pastor, Rev. E.C. Stark. The music was furnished by a quartet, Mrs. John Manes, Mrs. Fred Cowen, Wilton McQueen and Don Boylan, with Mrs. A.A. Pike accompanist. Interment was in the Union Grove Cemetery.
He leaves to mourn his departure, his wife, one daughter, Beulah Loraine of Chicago, one brother, Wm. J. Fields of Denver, Colo., and two sisters, Miss Abbie J. Fields and Mrs Daisy Rochefort of Northboro, Iowa.
