"Wm. C. Moore Funeral Held

SHENANDOAH, Jan. 26 – Funeral services for William Cyrus Moore, 67, were held in the chapel of the Warren G. Kyger funeral home Tuesday afternoon with the Rev. I.L. Llewellyn in charge. Burial was in Rest Haven cemetery.

Mr. Moore died suddenly Saturday night at Rockingham Memorial Hospital shortly after being admitted.

Surviving are his wife the former Miss Florence Kennan of Cleveland, Ohio, and one daughter, Mrs. William (Annetta) Fravel of Shenandoah. Also two sisters, Mrs. John L. Crouch, Shenandoah, and Mrs. Nellie Lauck, Martinsburg, W.Va., and one brother. R. Hume Moore, of Electra, Texas. Four grandsons survive, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Active pallbearers were I.W. Judd, Sr., Homer Fogle, Frank Cook, Glenn Huffman, Glenwood Rodgers and Harry Jenkins.
Honorary pallbearers were W.E. Hisey, sr., Dr. B.C. Shuler, Will Plum and Ben Keyser.
