Mrs. Sarah Malone, beloved Decatur resident for 42 years, passed away Sunday afternoon at her home at 329 Jackson Street, following an extended illness. Death came at 1:40 o'clock on Sunday afternoon. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday morning at ten o'clock from the residence, with Rev. James Allen Smith and Rev. Ernest N. Hart conducting the services. Interment will be made at City Cemetery, Brown directing. The deceased was the wife of the late B. W. Malone, who for years was prominently known in business here, conducting the Malone Coal & Feed Company for many years. The deceased is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Roy O. Wyatt of Decatur and three sons, Bennie Malone of Tucson, Arizona, Charles W. Malone of Texas and Ausbury L. Malone of Jacksonville, Fla. Asbury Malone will arrive this afternoon from the Florida city.
