PRICE - Margaret Anderson Christensen passed away Feb. 16, 2006.

She was born Aug. 11, 1924 in Cleveland to Floyd and Roseanna Anderson, the eldest of seven daughters. She married Dale Edward Christensen in the Manti LDS Temple on April 23, 1943.

She graduated from Huntington High School, Quish Beauty School and taught cosmetology at the College of Eastern Utah for several years.

She was an artist and published poet and belonged to multiple writers guilds and poetry societies. Her own book of poetry, "Sinbad, The Naked Desert" was published in 2003.

She is survived by three children, Jeffery (Helen), Judith Bertels and Lori Bernstein; sisters, Ona Hunt, Ramona Jensen, Constance Ronan and Rachelle Rowley; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren with more on the way. Preceded in death by parents; and sisters, Janet Rose Anderson and Berlyle Kochevar.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, Feb. 22, at the Price 4th LDS Ward Chapel, 545 E. 400 North with a viewing at 11 a.m. and Tuesday, Feb. 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary in Price.
