Service is 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with Rev. Bobby Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery.
She was born Oct. 10, 1914, to her parents Charley Glover and Lydia Loyd Glover. She resided in Mineral Wells all her life. She married Carl Pointer on June 17, 1936, in Mineral Wells. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was active in all areas of church work; she was a teacher and choir member. She was also involved in the Quilting Club of Mineral Wells, and was a member of the Silver Notes.
She is survived by her son, Michael Jenkins of Tonopah, Ariz.; brother, Troy Lee Glover of Crescent City, Calif.; sister, Mildred Carlene Berger of Mineral Wells; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
Daisy was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Pointer; brother, Doyle Glover; and sisters, Dorothy McIntyre and Della Liles.
