Carmen Atencio, wife of Leo Atencio, passed away on Friday, July 2nd,1999.
Preceded in death by her husband, Leo T. Atencio; daughter, Jeanette Gallegos; and two grandsons, Javier and Thomas Gallegos. She is survived by a son, Charles Atencio and wife, Gloria; one daughter Mary Ann Tafoya and husband, Eli; two sisters, Theresa Lujan and husband, Frank and Adela Garcia, all of Albuquerque;
two brothers, Robert Torres and wife, Theresa of El Paso, TX and Tony Torres and wife, Rita of Albuquerque;
eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Burial at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Atencio, Andrew Atencio, Dennis Gallegos, Javier De Santos, Henry De Santos and Richard Torres
