A lifelong resident of Giles County, she was born July 14 1903 and was the daughter of the late John Robertson and Effie Maude Bouldin Smith.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charlie philip Ferguson and a daughter Mildred P. Ferguson.
She is survived by 3 sons: Elvin Lenwood Ferguson and Charles R. Ferguson of Narrows; Elmer J. Ferguson of Ohio; 2 daughters: Margaret Long Tennessee; and Barbara Wood of Narrows. 2 brothers: Rev. Allen Smith of Georgia; Vivian Smith of Alexandria Va; A sister Mary S Forloins of California. 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Fneral Services were held Friday November 6 at Riffe's with Rev. Allen Smith officiating. Burial followed in Fairview Cemetary in Narrows.
