Mr. Baugher was a native of Limestone County, Ala. He was retired from Walker Die Casting and was a member of Bluff Springs Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Asa Miles and Mattie Ophelia Vincent Baugher; brother, Asa "Tiny" Baugher; and sister, Wynell Peete.
He is survived by his wife, Essie Beech Baugher of Lewisburg; daughters, Yvonne Baugher of Lewisburg and Amy Peterson of Marion, Ark.; son, LaVerne (Anne) Baugher of Spring Hill; sister, Mattie Jane Robinson of Lewisburg; brothers, Morris Baugher, Alton "Buddy" Baugher, and Bryant Baugher, all of Lewisburg, and Reedus Baugher of the Rover Community; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted by Jacob Gwin on Monday, Jan. 25, from the chapel of London Funeral Home, followed by burial in Prosperity Cemetery in the Yukon Community of Lincoln County, Tenn.
The pallbearers were Mahlon Nixon, Billy Beech, David Culbertson, Wallace Whitehurst, Curtis Davenport, and Bobby Baugher.
