Margaret Ann Mueller, 87, of Odessa, passed away Friday, January 22, 2010 at the Home Hospice House Facility.
She was born January 29, 1922 in Humboldt, Kansas to Harry and Margaret Ann Helmess Barnby. She united in marriage to Robert Mueller January 23, 1939 in Humboldt, Kansas. She was a homemaker and a Christian Catholic. Ms. Mueller was involved with several organizations throughout the county to name some, Past President of the Ector County Sheriffs Possey Auxiliary and The Odessa Women's Forum.
Ms. Mueller was preceded in death by husband, Robert Mueller Sr.; daughters, Mary Hendricks and Judy Hart; and parents, Harry and Margaret Ann Helmess Barnby.
She is survived by son, Robert Mueller Jr. of Odessa; daughters, Joann Masters of Odessa, Carolyn Hendrick of Odessa, Kathy Cotton of Odessa; brother, John Barnby of Mesa Arizona; sister, Elizabeth Bell of Kansas City, Missouri; and numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
A family gathering with friends will be held Monday, January 25, 2010 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Odessa Funeral Home with a rosary, to be recited at 7:30 p.m. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at Odessa Funeral Home with the Rev. Bernardito Getigan officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Services are by Odessa Funeral Home.
