Ochia Leola Sullivan Busby, 95, a lifelong resident of Mize, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at Lakeview Place, Magee. Visitation will be Thursday, October 20, 2011 from 5pm until 8pm at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee and from 10:00am until service time at the Oak Grove Baptist Church Friday, October 21, 2011. Memorial services will be Friday, October 21, 2011, at 11am at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Smith County with interment to follow at the church cemetery.

Mrs. Busby was a lifelong member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She loved the Lord and her family. She was a retired teacher and avid flower gardener. Those who knew her knew of her great love for her flowers and marveled at the time she spent in her flower garden.Mrs. Busby is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Odean and Glinda Busby, Magee; son-in-law, Raymond Robinson and wife, Betty Carol, Bay Springs; four grandchildren, Marcus Robinson (Jan) of Hattiesburg, Keith Robinson (Frances) of Picayune, Jason Busby (Robin) of Pulaski, Molly Barron (Chris) of Brandon; step-grandchildren, Stephanie Wilson (Cory) of Madison and Brad Webb (Jana) of Bloomfield, NY and nine great grandchildren, Emily McGuire (Jordan) of Starkville, Betsy Robinson, Julie Robinson, Lucy Robinson, all of Hattiesburg, Sarah Robinson of Picayune, Kate Busby, Luke Busby of Pulaski and Brooke Barron of Brandon and step- great-grandchild, Webb Wilson of Madison.

Mrs. Busby is preceded in death by her parents, Abel & Annie Sullivan, her loving husband of 58 years, Doyle C. Busby, and their daughter Shirley Ann Busby Robinson. The family wishes to thank the staff and caregivers at Lakeview Place in Magee for all the loving care they provided to Mrs. Busby during her stay there. Memorials may be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church, 3393 SCR 20, Mt. Olive, MS 39119.
