MATILDA FREY (nee Bast) 1916 - 2010 Born August 19, 1916, in Crosshill Ontario, passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Home in Listowel, Ontario on January 26, 2010. She was predeceased by her husband Hubert Frey, October 10, 1987. She is lovingly remembered by daughter Elizabeth (Bob) Carlisle, granddaughters Cheryl (Jesse) Worden and Andrea Carlisle all of Vancouver and by sister June Hackett, faithful niece Marjorie (Wes) Lambert and many other fond nieces and nephews in Kitchener Waterloo area and Australia. She lived in Vancouver from 1987 to 1997 but spent the remainder of her life in the Kitchener Waterloo area which she loved. Visitation will be held on Friday January 29, 2010 from 7-9 p.m. at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home , 171 King Street South, Waterloo. The Funeral Service will be held the following day, Saturday, January 30 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment to take place at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. In lieu of flowers contributions to Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or Charity of choice will be appreciated.
