Margaret Lane Dearing Noger

Margaret Lane Dearing Noger, age 84, died July 1, 2004, at Kingswood Health Center.

Services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, July 5, 2004, at Central United Methodist Church, 5144 Oak. Friends and family may call at the church one hour prior to service. Burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Noger was born February 23, 1920 to Robert and Ethel Dearing in Brookville, KS. Following graduation from Brookville High School, Margaret moved to Kansas City and attended Brown Mackie School of Business. While working at John Deere Company, she met Daniel A. Noger; they were married on August 14, 1939. She was married to Daniel for 60 years at the time of his death in 1999.

Margaret dedicated her life to caring for her family. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and entertaining friends and relatives. She was a member of the Crusader Class of Central United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a sister, Marcia Dearing and a brother, Roger Dearing.

Margaret is survived by four children, Peggy Noger Shaw and husband, Dick, Donna Noger DeMarea and husband, Mike, Marcia Noger Hines and husband, Tom and Daniel A. Noger Jr. and wife, Lynda; seven grandchildren, Stephen Shaw, Sally Shaw Breshears, Andy DeMarea, Brad DeMarea, Charles Hines, Stephanie Hines and Tony Riese; five great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Loretta Lessman of Murrieta, CA and Roberta Arnoldy of Webster Groves, MO.
