At Willow Springs, Malad Valley, Idaho Territory, Sept. 13, 1882, Mary Athaliah, beloved daughter of Nathan and Elizabeth Hunting, aged 15 years, 11 months, and 20 days.

Brother and Sister Hunting were among the first settlers of this valley from south Cottonwood, Utah. This is the first bereavement out of a family of 10 children.
