Ted E. Yeisley, son of E.H. and Mrs. Yeisley was born Feb. 3, 1889, and departed this life after a long lingering illness at about 11 o'clock, March 27, 1935.
He was the fourth of a family of eleven children to depart this life. He is survived by his wife, mother and five children, Ruth, Jean, and John, and two children by a former marriage, Mrs. Hetty Praster of Angeles Camp, California, and Emanuel of San Francisco, California, and one grandchild; three brothers, I.V. and J. K. Yeisley of Ava, and David Augustus of Irwin, Pa.; four sisters, Mrs. Dora Hendrix of Twin Falls, Iowa, Mrs. Julia Gooden of Wichita, Kansas, Mrs. Eva Reed and Mrs. Clara Wier of Lacygene, Kansas.
In early life he gave his heart to God and united with the Mt. Calvary Baptist church.
Funeral services were held at the home at 2:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon conducted by Rev. Tisdale of the Methodist church. He was laid to rest in the Burdett Cemetery.
