On Sunday April 26th occurred the death of Mrs. Geo. Gore, after a lingering illness of consumption, age 38 years of age. She had been in feeble health for two years. Her husband and four sons, Denver, Gilbert, Nelson, Kenneth and four daughters; Jennie, Ruth, Alta and Minnie, the later less than two years old, survive as well as 2 sisters, and 3 brothers. Her parents, one sister and one brother have gone before. To us this is the saddest death when a mother is taken from her family of young children who need her so much. Funeral services were held from the M.E. church on Tuesday morning at 10 a.m., with Rev. F.T. Cassidy in charge. The body was interred at Oak hill.
