Mrs. J. T. Minor Dies; Was Ill Since March
Mrs. J. T. Minor, widow of the late J. T. Minor, died Tuesday, Oct. 27th, at her home, "Shelley," at 3:30 p.m. She had been in ill health since March.
Mrs. Minor is survived by three daughters and one son: Mrs. E. W. Pointer and Mrs. W. Vernon Kerns, of Gloucester County; Mrs. Ryan Ransone, of Dunnsville, Va., and L. Meade Minor, of Coke, Va. Two brothers, J. E. Ransone, of Newport News, and Armistead Ransone of Dunnsville, also survive her.
Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) at 2 p.m. at Abingdon Church.
