Albuquerque Journal: ARAGON - Jess M. Aragon, 56, resident of this city 21 years, passed away Wednesday morning in a hospital after an illness. He resided at 218 Natalie Drive NW and is survived by his wife, Mrs. Clara Aragon, of the home; five daughters, Mrs. Edwina Lascano, Mrs. Tom Baca, Mrs. Frank Armijo, Mrs. Esther Aragon all of Albuquerque, and Mrs. Danish Powell of Colorado; two sons, Jess Aragon, Jr. and George C. Garcia both of Albuquerque; four sisters, Mrs. Pablo Mares, Mrs. Martin Chase, and Mrs. Ruth Davis, all of Albuquerque and Mrs. Isabel Beard of New York; his mother Mrs. Eve Aragon of Albuquerque; a brother, Conrad Aragon of Dulcie, and 14 grandchildren. He was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited Friday evening at 8 from the Chapel in the Garden of French Mortuary, 1111 University NE. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday morning at 9 from St. Therese Catholic Church. Msgr. Bernard Burns will officiate. Internment will be made in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
