She first married in 1931 Lev Lvovich Zinoviev (two sons; marriage dissolved 1937), second in 1937 Grey d'Estoteville Townsend Skipwith, 11th Baronet. They had a son, Sir Patrick Alexander d' Estoteville Skipwith, 12th baronet, born 01.09.1938. Her efforts to save Jews from the Holocaust earned her a place at Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Memorial in Israel.
