Cherry was born April 5, 1928 in Hedley, TX to the late Mr. T.J. Cherry and Mrs. Etta Mae (Kidd) Cherry. She was a 1945 graduate of Hedley High School. She married Royce Leon Crisler on July 7, 1945 at the Parson's home in Hedley, TX. They moved to Midland in 1973 from Lubbock, TX. Cherry was a homemaker and a member of the Antique Automobile Club of America of the West Texas Region.
She is survived by her husband, Royce Leon Crisler of Midland, TX; two sons, Lanny Crisler and wife Donna of Devine, TX; Larry Crisler and wife Sharon of Lubbock, TX; two brothers, Glyndon Cherry and wife Bonnie of Lake Travis, TX; Aubrey "Scooter" Cherry and wife Frances of El Paso, TX; one sister, Rose "Lanell" Gordon and husband Joe of Vernon, TX; 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchild
