Medical doctor. Son of Thomas Hart and Rebecca McCall Hart both born in Mecklenburg County, N.C. Lived in the house next to Deep Creek Baptist Church in lower Anson County. The Dr. Hart house is still there today. Dr. Hart was a well liked individual. A lot of the children born while he was their family doctor carry his name as a middle name and even generations later his name is still used as a middle name in the Deep Creek Community.
