Funeral services for Morris Gibbons will be held on Thrusday Nov, 10, 2005 at 11 a.m. in the Afton LDS Third Ward Chapel
A viewing will be held from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to the funeral service.

Morris Stanley Gibbons, 86, passed away Nov 4, 2005 of heart failure in Richfield Utah. Funeral services were held Nov 10, 2005 in Afton. Burial took place in the Smoot Cemetery.
Morris was born in Wanship, Utah on April 28, 1919 to Alma and Cora Judd Gibbons. He was the seventh of 10 children.
Morris spent his early years in Wanship and Coalville, Utah. He attended elementery school in Wanship and high school in Coalville.
Morris served with the Military Police during WWII in the African Campaign.
Morris married Della Mae Porter in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple on May 21, 1946.
Morris was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many different callings. He served LDS missions to southern California and Arizona.
Morris is survived by his wife Della Mae; children, Austin (Merlyn) of Lovell; Lynnette (Craig) Wolfley of Moapa Nev. Patrice (Buy) Moss of Hyrum, Utah; Gay (Bevan) Bantian of Axtell, Utah; 20 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and nine brothers and sisters.
