EDWIN BAUGHMAN EXPIRED THURSDAY
Edwin Eugene Baughman, oldest son of Owen and Amanda DeKalb Baughman was born in Medona[sic] County, Ohio. April 1st. 1867 and came with his parents to Mich. when he was 18 years old. They settled on a farm in Wakeshma township, Kalamazoo County where he spent most of his life. On November 29th. he was united in marriage to Effie L. Dodgson. To them were born eight children. He retired from the farm ten years ago when he moved to Climax where he passed away on June 19 at the age of eighty. He leaves his wife and six children to mourn his passing: Mrs. Edna Cox of Battle Creek. Mrs. Roy Cheesebro of Vicksburg, Byran of Schoolcraft, Sherry of Climax, Grant of Colon and Clara of Scotts. Sixteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, two nephew and one niece. Climax Crescent June 27, 1947 page 1
