H. T. Langston Passes
Funeral services were held from Old Silver Creek Church on Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 2nd, for Mr. H. T. Langston who died at the family home in the Old Silver Creek community after having been ill for two weeks.
Mr. Langston was a member of Old Silver Creek Church and was a faithful attendant upon all of the services. He was 89 years of age and had spent his entire life in the community.
He is survived by the following children: Hollis, Ellis and Clyde Langston, Mrs. Bertha Martin and Miss Beulah Langston, Silver Creek; Bob and Buford Langston, Prentiss, and Mrs. Ida Purviance, Canton.
