Lee (Beulah Leota Daily/Dailey) was born in St. David, IL and moved to Yakima, WA. with her parents Marion Victor and Della Bishop Dailey and her brother Raymond R Dailey & sister Ruby F Dailey in the summer of 1924 after graduating from Lewistown, IL. High School. She married Frederick F Kobernik in Yakima in 1926 and they raised two daughters there. She married Gerald Oesterreicher in Reno, NV in 1964. They lived in Yakima and later moved to Eugene, OR. After Gerald passed away, she moved to down town Portland, OR and lived in the Portland Plaza for the remainder of her life.
