Dr. W.M. Terrell of Graham and Miss F. Harris of Iredell, Texas married 30 May 1907.
Miss Harris is the daughter of Rev. Harris, of Iredell, Texas. Rev. Harris, a Methodist Episcopal preacher formerly of the Farmer Circuit preacher. Mattie F. Terrell, the wife of Dr. W.M. Terrell, was a faithful member of the Methodist church. Mrs. Mattie Terrill, wife of Dr. W.M. Terrell, died at 10:00 Tuesday night. Quite a few people knew her father when he was a Methodist Circuit preacher at Farmer. Services were held Thursday evening at the Methodist Church officiated by Rev. Cooper, pastor of the Methodist Church at Jacksboro. Her remains were laid to their last resting place in Oak Grove cemetery. Rev. Livi Harris, her brother, and Dr. Sam Terrell, and Mrs. Alice Cooper, brother and sister of Dr. Terrell came in on the noon train and were present at the funeral. Mrs. Terrell is of a family that is noted for consecrated piety and religious zeal. She was a deeply religious and an exemplary member of the Methodist Church in this place. Only a few years since, she was married to Dr. Terrell and came to Graham a refined and most excellent lady, and formed a host of friends who were greatly attached to her. These share with her grief-stricken husband a profound sense of sorrow and inexpressible loss in her death. Dr. Terrell has the tender sympathy of his many friends.
Survived by: Husband, infant child; Brother: Rev. Livi Harris.
