Doris was a loving wife, mother and homemaker. She attended Merced College in California.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Dennis O. Brightwell; children, Connie (Doug) Lee, Scott (Katie) Brightwell and Steven (Christina) Brightwell; brother, Marvin (Kathy) Lunn; sisters, Mildred (Bill) Slone and Marilyn (George) Derrickson; 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas and Leola Lunn; sisters, Melba Bracken and Joyce Lunn.
