Cpt Terry, 729th Bomber Squadron, 452nd Bomber Wing, was a pilot of a B-26B Invader bomber. During a night intruder mission over N. Korea on September 29, 1951, Terry was using a searchlight to indentify targets, when contact with his aricraft was lost. He was initially listed as Missing in Action. On June 10, 1950, his status was changed to presumed Killed in Action Body Not Recovered. Terry was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Purple Heart. His name was inscribed on the Courts of the Missing.
